When you are charged by police or got a notice to appear in court, it is critical that you speak to paralegal or a lawyer without delay. The representation by a paralegal or a lawyer before your first court appearance could mean that your case can be resolved in the most expeditious way. Roman has represented many clients charged criminally and he was successful in getting withdrawal of the charges against his clients and leading to not having a criminal record. Every case before reaching a judge for endorsement can be resolved with a crown attorney. Each case is different, therefore Roman takes time to talk to the client and he takes detailed notes to know the case in detail. After having thorough understanding of your case, Roman would have a much better chance to successfully communicate the facts of your case to the crown attorney in a way that would convince the crown attorney to drop charges. The process sometimes requires the client to agree to a peace bond, however there is no criminal record if the client obeys the peace bond arrangements. If you are charged criminally or you got a notice to appear in court, please contact Roman at your first opportunity for a half an hour free consultation.
